At SILENCE AMSTERDAM, customer satisfaction is a priority. We are committed to working with you to ensure a positive shopping experience.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. Upon approval of the return, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

Before returning any item, you must contact us first to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
